Volunteering is a great way to contribute to the community and also a fun way to meet other plant and wildlife enthusiasts. Here are just few of our volunteer activities:

  • Native Botanic Garden Tending/Planting – Every Saturday (9:30-11:30)

The 10×10 Project

With the success of the Garden over the last several years, the number of native plant species has increased, a variety of native plant-related wild life has returned, and of course the need for tending is really important. Volunteers select an area in the Garden to keep weed free by tending and weeding one or more hours per month. We meet every Saturday between 9:30 to 11:30 in the Garden. Alternate times are also available.
